We do not offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery due to hygienic concerns. If a product is faulty we are so sorry! Please send us an email or contact us here. We can offer you a repair, replacement or refund. Please note that Lady Ésah is not responsible for any damages due to negligence of care instructions. We do not refund items with any sign of wear. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS/ INCORRECT ITEMS

Our products are quality checked multiple times before dispatch. However in the unfortunate event that an item is faulty, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience! Send us an email within 14 days of purchase with photo evidence of the fault or the incorrect order along with your order number. Upon receiving your request we will handle this with high priority to find the best possible course of action for you. 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Refund transaction times may vary per establishment. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
